- Camera stays handheld, shaky, a lot of camera movement as it follows the 2 men around the haunted house.
- they go down to the basement, behind the shoulder shot of following the 2 men down to the creepy basement. The camera is shaky, quick-pans, close-ups, extreme close-ups shots all done in quick succession of one another giving that creepy but classic fake TV effect.

- tv suddenly turns off, there is a moment of silence and the mid-shot lingers as the boy seems confused.
- Confused the boy taps the remote trying to turn it back on. The camera cuts to a close-up of the boy's slightly scared and confused face, cuts to a close-up of his hands as he hits the remote trying to get it to work.
- Mid-shot of the boy as he points the remote at the TV trying to get it to turn on. - Cuts to a mid-shot from behind the TV as the boy gets up and walks up to the screen to try and turn it on.
- As the boy bends down to press the TV button a figure appears behind him.
- jump-scare of a man standing right behind him, eery tense sound with suspenseful music as it cuts to black.
