The TV show:

Ewhurst house - the basement

We will use the outside of the house as the base for the creepy house, and then maybe some shots of the scenery outside of it looking isolated:

We will then use the basement of the house, and turn off the lights so it looks even more creepy:

For the living room that the boy will be sitting watching the TV show in, we will use Ewhurst turrets, and its living room/common room:
